Syracuse University Los Angeles invites you to a special discussion with William C. Banks, Professor of Law and Founding Director of the Institute for National Security and Counterterrorism, on the new cold war with Russia. Banks will address the controversy over Russian influence in the 2016 United States Election and how it is evidence of the determination of Russia to exert military, political, and cyber influence in other nations’ internal affairs.
